Which food and drink cartons can be recycled?

  • Please rinse empty cartons and Tetra Pak for drinks such as juices and milk before placing them out to be recycled. You may leave on any plastic tops and leave in any straws as these will be removed and recycled once collected;

  • Please rinse empty cartons and Tetra Pak for foods such as soups before placing them out to be recycled;

  • Coffee pouches are not currently recyclable and should be put inside your bag or bin for non-recyclable waste.

Good to know

Laminated plastic food and drink pouches, such as baby food, detergent and pet food pouches can now be recycled along with plastic bags and wrappings at selected retailers.
